User’s Guide Sample

No matter where your site is hosted or who is managing your site, there should be a nice, easy to read document available to any authorized user (you or any member of your staff) that explains exactly how to view/access/edit each element of your interactive property. This is called User Documentation, or a User’s Guide.  It should be easy to read and understand. It should contain images, and be written clearly with very little, if any, technical terminology.
